Your Meeting Questions—Answered

Travel Planning
Arrival: All attendees are encouraged to fly in on Sunday, April 26th, for our Welcome Cocktail party at 6 PM. We will start bright and early on Monday, April 27th. 

Departure: The meeting concludes on Tuesday, April 28th, at 9:00 PM for franchisors/vendors. Consultant's meetings will end on Wednesday, April 29th at noon.

Attire?  
The dress code is business casual for all events, unless a theme or costume is suggested.

What are the deadlines I need to be aware of?
Deadline to register for the FranNet Meeting is March 27th.
Deadline to submit your one sheet is March 27th.

Did I register for the meeting?
You should have received a registration summary at the end of your registration confirming your details, and also a confirmation email, but if you didn’t, please email event@frannet.com.

I need to upload my one sheet…how? What information is needed?
If you didn't upload your one-sheet during registration, you can refer to your confirmation email. There is a unique confirmation link in the email. Once you click on that, you can view a spec sheet and upload your one sheet when you go to edit your registration. Please keep in mind this is one-sheet and one sided. We will take only the first side if a one sheet is submitted that is double-sided.

I need to edit my attendees...how?
Refer to your confirmation email; there is a unique confirmation link. Once you click on that, you can add, delete, or change attendees. If you need to edit your attendees after March 27th, please reach out to event@frannet.com. Please keep in mind, if you are editing after this cutoff time, name badges have already been sent to print, and newly added attendees will receive a hand-written name badge at check-in.

Did I pay my registration fees?

Do you accept Credit Cards? 
Yes, please pay via the invoice link sent from accounting; this may have gone to your spam/junk folder. If you have any questions, please reach out to accounting@frannet.com.

I need to submit my payment for registration. How do I submit payment?
The person who will receive the invoice and/or receipt is whoever you entered as your accounting contact at the time of registration. They will get an automated email containing payment links.
We DO NOT accept checks.

I would like to bring giveaways and/or information other than what is on my one sheet. How many do I need?
